Camp Wayne for Boys
Dear Parents,
For over 20 years, campers at Wayne have participated in a “Camps That Give” fundraising event for Project Morry. For summer 2023, we’ve created a special reversible bucket hat for Color War to raise money for this outstanding organization.
If you would like to order a hat for your son, please make a donation below (minimum of $25 per hat ordered) The proceeds from your tax-deductible donation will go directly to Project Morry. The hats will be shipped directly to camp. Please note that your donation and order must be received by 12:00 PM on May 15.
Project Morry is a nonprofit youth development organization that offers its students a combination of exceptional summer camp experiences, year-round academic enrichment and support. For over two decades, Project Morry has transformed the lives of youth from under resourced-communities. Thanks to your generous support 400 youth from under-resourced communities in New York City, Westchester, Long Island, and Connecticut will benefit from their nationally recognized program.

The camp community is incredibly supportive of Project Morry, particularly through Camps that Give. Private for-profit camps and the inspired kids who attend them partner with Project Morry and undertake fundraisers to help us continue our work.

We love that many of the young campers who participate in Camps that Give over the summer are inspired to continue fundraising back in their communities. Through individual acts of kindness and group efforts, our youngest contributors come up with creative ways to support Project Morry, including lemonade stands, swim team events, clubs at school, and asking friends and family to donate in celebration of their bar and bat mitzvahs. It is a great way to get your community involved, have fun and make a difference
