This year we honor Matt Jackowitz, long time Project Morry volunteer and supporter, with the inaugural Lead Award. The Lead Award celebrates a young leader in the Project Morry community who is a rising professional in their respective fields and whose commitment to diversity, inclusion and education supports embodies our mission. Matt Jackowitz embodies these qualities through his leadership in the camp community and his steadfast commitment each year to helping bring like-minded young professionals together to support and honor the work done by Project Morry. We are thrilled to honor him as the first ever recipient of this special award.

All proceeds support Project Morry’s year round programming which closes the opportunity gap by offering students a combination of academic enrichment and support, leadership development, exceptional summer camp experiences, and one-on-one mentoring.

Together we change outcomes for students from the tri-state area through proven programs: 98% of Project Morry students graduate from high school on time, 85% attend college and 91% of those who attend college graduate. In addition to their academic success, Project Morry students exemplify our principles of teamwork, positive core values, volunteerism, and
personal responsibility. They are leaders at school and in their communities.
