2019 College Acceptances!

2019 College Acceptances!

Project Morry’s graduating class of 34 high school seniors are busy weighing their options as they receive acceptances to almost two dozen colleges and universities.

College readiness and career awareness starts in middle school and continues throughout high school at Project Morry. Students attend workshops and activities focused on the college application process and timelines, goals for junior and senior year of high school, selecting the right school, college course selection, college scholarship research and navigation, college life on campus (e.g., navigating roommates, diversity on campus and finding your social network), and post-high school opportunities besides college. Life skills workshops focus on time and stress management, public speaking, and financial literacy. High school students have the opportunity to attend 8 to 10 regional college tours sponsored by Project Morry each year.

Congratulations to our seniors on their hard earned success!
